I visited John for an in-person chat and to try out the different models. He was professional and very helpful. After a few weeks of using it, the back pain has eased. The adjustability is better than anything I found on chairs at Ikea or John Lewis. It was easy to assemble after delivery and feels very solidly built.

John came into our office to do desk assessments and was extremely helpful. He spoke to everyone about their individual issues and tailored our chairs/desks to be the best fit. Would definitely recommend speaking to him!
John visited our office and undertook a DSE assessment on all our staff, which must have been quite challenging as we all sit/work differently. John was really personable with all of our staff whilst he undertook the assessment, and gave really good advice and feedback. Where our chairs/desk set up was ok he advised that no changes were required, but where there was room for improvement he gave the relevant advice. We really liked that there was no 'sales pitch' involved and will definitely work with John again in the future.
The saviour of backs! After struggling with terrible back pain on a standard office chair, I found WellAdjusted Seating – and after a comprehensive fitting process at their HQ off the A3, a bespoke chair was created for me that has proven a total revolution. The chair is incredibly well made and looks great — at a glance you wouldn’t notice anything unusual, so it blends in nicely. I cannot recommend them enough!

Where are your chairs made?
Most of our chairs are made in the UK, with a focus on expert craftsmanship, sustainability, and quick delivery.
We also work with a select few international partners who meet our high standards for quality, ethical production, and offer excellent warranty and returns support
Are your chairs suitable for people with back pain or specific health conditions?
Our chairs offer a range of ergonomic adjustments that may help users improve comfort and support while working. Because individual needs vary, we recommend personalised advice and, where possible, trying a chair before purchasing.
Do you offer chair fitting consultations?
Yes. We offer personalised chair fitting and seating consultations in person and remotely to help identify and configure an appropriate chair for your body, workspace and working habits.
Do your chairs come with a warranty?
Yes! All of our chairs come with a minimum 5-year warranty covering structural components, mechanisms, and materials under normal use. We stand by the quality of our products, ensuring they offer long-term comfort and durability
How long will it take to receive my chair?
Delivery times vary based on the chair model and your location. In-stock chairs typically arrive within 3-5 working daysin the UK.
Bespoke or made-to-order chairs may take longer, but we’ll always keep you updated on your order status.
Do you ship worldwide?
Not currently. This is due to delivery costs of sending our products outside of the UK being too high.
However, do get in touch with us and we’ll happily look to see if we can direct you to a specialist in your own country.
Can I return my chair if it’s not right for me?.
We want you to be completely happy with your chair. If for any reason it’s not the right fit, we offer a hassle-free returns policy within a set period. Check our Returns & Warranty page for full details
