We offer a 30-day suitability guarantee on all ready-to-ship chairs.

✅ Ready-to-Ship Chairs

If your chair isn’t quite right, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided:

• The chair is unused, unmarked, and in original packaging
• All parts are returned in a resealable condition
• You email us with a return request before sending anything back

To initiate a return, contact us at support@welladjustedseating.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Two clear photos (seat + backrest) to confirm condition

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked courier with insurance. Refunds are processed once the chair is received and inspected.

🛠️ Bespoke Chairs (Made to Order)

If you’ve purchased a bespoke chair through a virtual or in-person consultation:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your chair if you’re not fully satisfied
• In most cases, we will first explore alterations or adjustments to resolve any issues
• If the chair still isn’t suitable after alterations, we may offer a return and refund

As all bespoke chairs are made to order, we appreciate your understanding that these returns require assessment.
